Fit and care: the key points
This summary concerns the padded Demon clothing and protectors covered by the clothing manual. Flexmeter has separate instructions. Always follow the instructions and care label for your model.
- Choose the correct size. Protectors should cover the intended body areas and stay in position as you move. Check straps, hook-and-loop fastenings, stitching and protectors before each use.
- Carefully remove only the protectors designed to come out of their pockets. Do not pull hard, crease them sharply or undo any stitching. Sewn-in protectors and padding stay in the product.
- Clean removed protectors with a damp cloth only, without soap or detergent. Do not wash, soak, spin or tumble dry them. The garment itself is hand washed in cold water with mild detergent as directed in the manual; sewn-in padding stays in place.
- Let everything air dry completely, away from direct sunlight and heat. Before use, put removed protectors back into their intended pockets in the correct orientation. Use the product with all its supplied protectors.
- Do not use a damaged product. Damage after a fall or impact is not always visible. Follow the manufacturer’s inspection and replacement instructions and contact Demon if in doubt.
