Who runs the promotion

Free and non-binding
You can send us a price proposal for a combination of at least two different Demon products free of charge. No purchase is required to take part. Your enquiry is not an order. There is no prize draw: we assess your proposal personally and decide for each enquiry whether to make an offer. A particular discount or acceptance of your proposal is not guaranteed.
What to include in your enquiry
Include your full name, email address and the models, sizes and quantities you would like. Give one total price for all the items listed, including VAT and excluding delivery. Add your delivery country, postcode and preferred payment method: PayPal or payment in advance by bank transfer. We will tell you the exact delivery charge and delivery terms before any purchase.
One person, one opportunity
We assess one complete price proposal per person throughout the Demon Combi Challenge 2026. Once we have made our decision, your participation in this promotion is complete, whether we accept or reject your proposal. Using another email address, choosing a different combination or changing the amount later does not create a new opportunity to take part. This restriction applies only to this promotion; you can still make ordinary purchases.
Clarification before assessment
If information is missing, a requested product is unavailable or an obvious input error needs clarification, we will discuss that with you before assessing the price. Clarifying these points does not count as a decision on your price proposal. Once the complete combination and your proposed amount are clear, we assess that one proposal. There is no further round of bidding after a decision on the proposal.
An individual decision – no counteroffer
There is no fixed acceptance threshold. Even a realistic price proposal may be declined. Identical or similar proposals may receive different decisions; an offer made to someone else does not entitle you to the same decision or price. If we decline your proposal, we do not make a counteroffer or assess a second proposal from you for this campaign. You can still make a regular purchase at the shop prices in effect at that time. A personal offer applies only to the person named in it, the specified combination and the stated validity period. Any price already agreed in a binding contract remains valid for that contract. Participation does not give you a right to a minimum discount or access to our internal price calculations.
When we make you an offer
If we decide to offer you the items at your proposed total, we will send you a personal offer setting out the exact combination and the total amount payable including taxes and delivery. Delivery charges will be shown separately. The offer states availability, delivery and payment terms. Before you accept it, you will receive the applicable sales terms, cancellation instructions with the model cancellation form, and the other legally required information. You then decide whether to accept the offer within the period stated in it. An order is formed only when the contract is concluded in the way described in that offer.
Buying and keeping the combination
The personal bundle price applies to the agreed items you wish to buy and keep together. Before you buy, our offer will also explain the arrangements for returning only some of the items and any agreed price calculation that may apply. These participation terms do not themselves create an automatic additional charge when items are returned. Your statutory cancellation rights and statutory rights relating to faulty goods remain unaffected.
Test campaign, duration and suitable products
This campaign is a commercial test: we want to learn which product combinations and price proposals attract interest. You can take part while the Demon Combi Challenge 2026 is shown as active on this page. We may change, temporarily suspend or end the campaign for new enquiries without publishing a reason. We will show its current status and any changes on this page. Complete enquiries already received will be assessed under the terms that applied when we received them. Binding personal offers remain valid for their stated validity period; existing contracts and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Mentioning a product does not guarantee availability or delivery. We will confirm the specific models and sizes with you; the campaign does not change a product's intended use or the manufacturer's information.

Handling your enquiry
We use your name, email address, product and size choices, quantities, price proposal, delivery country, postcode, payment preference and related correspondence to assess and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: taking steps at your request before a possible purchase. You are not legally required to provide this information, but we cannot assess your price proposal without the information needed to do so.
Checking one entry per person
To apply the one-entry-per-person rule, we keep a limited record of your name, email address, the relevant promotion, receipt date and processing status. We use delivery country and postcode for this check only where needed to resolve an uncertain match. We compare the details manually and personally review possible matches. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to run the promotion fairly and prevent repeated entries by the same person.
Limited use and access
We do not request identity-document copies, date of birth, your full home address or bank and card details to check participation. We do not use device fingerprinting or an additional IP-address register for that check. Access is limited to authorised people handling the enquiries and service providers needed for the technical operation of email, within their respective tasks. We do not send promotion enquiries to Demon United USA, publish a participant list or treat participation as a newsletter subscription. Normal technical processing involved in website and email use is explained in our general privacy notice.
How long we keep the data
We delete the full correspondence relating to a declined enquiry as soon as it is no longer needed to complete the handling of that enquiry and resolve any outstanding questions, and no later than 90 days after the decision. For withdrawn enquiries, other enquiries definitively closed without a purchase, and positively assessed enquiries where the offer expires without a purchase, we also delete the full correspondence as soon as it is no longer needed, and no later than 90 days after definitive closure or the expiry of the offer, as applicable. This does not apply where a specific legal retention obligation or a specific dispute requires further storage; those records remain limited to that purpose. We retain the limited participation record only while this promotion actually runs and the record remains necessary to apply the one-entry-per-person rule. After the promotion ends, we delete it without unnecessary delay unless a separate retention ground applies to an individual case. We review the need for retention regularly. If a purchase takes place, the relevant contract and invoice records are subject to the usual statutory retention requirements.
A personal assessment
We personally assess your price proposal. No decision about your participation or offer is made solely by automated means. We do not use your enquiry to make an automated assessment of your financial circumstances. Your payment preference helps us prepare a possible offer; payment details are processed only as part of a later payment method you choose.
Your privacy rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and exercise your right to data portability. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW). Objecting to participation checks
You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing for the participation check. Contact play@playtrend.eu to do so. We will review your objection and stop that processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Assessing the test using anonymous totals
To assess this test campaign, we use only aggregated results from the normal handling of enquiries. These totals cannot be traced back to individual people. For example, this helps us understand which product combinations attract interest overall. We do not create additional research profiles about individuals or keep lists of identifiable enquiries for market research. The purposes, limits on data use and retention periods described above for your enquiry and participation checks remain unchanged; assessing the test does not extend those periods.
